Assuming the top one is your boost and the bottom is your A/F I'd say your boost is just fine. Looks like it spikes to about 24.5 then steadily falls to about 22'ish and comes up just a tad at redline. Doesn't look too crazy from the graph.
If it is spiking and acting a little erratic try to adjust the "gain" knob. Start in the middle and work from there. Just remember that adjusting your gain affects your boost.
I'd say you need to adjust your gain if you want it solid throughout the rpm range. I have a Profec B as well and I can hold a solid 23 psi all the way to redline. Try adjusting the gain first.
